Comic in Ukrainian political discourse

In the article there is defined concept of comic as a rhetorical and semantic technique in public discourse, which exerts psychological behavioral influences. There are highlighted main features comic, particular: available for human perception; it causes laughter among representatives certain social group, demonstrates difference between different groups (motives comedy not global, they will be funny only people); entertains addressee, does cause suffering activate emotions empathy audience to directed. A. Bergson defines basic rule – demonstrate unnaturalness, inflexibility, something uncharacteristic normal life. The philosopher describes also three additional principles comic: repetition (the signs verbal nonverbal funny), inversion (replacement roles) interference (semantic ambiguity one sign).The identifies comic’s techniques used by Volodymyr Zelensky candidate presidency Ukraine during 2019 election campaign. materials study political advertising, distributed both classic media (television outdoor advertising) media.
